FAQ
1. How do i book a session?
Choose a package and reserve with a deposit. After payment, you’ll submit preferred dates and receive next steps to confirm availability and prepare for your shoot.
2. How Many pictures will i RECEIVE?
There isn't a specific amount of pictures that you'll receive in total but you'll receive majority of everything taken after culling but in terms of final edits, that will be dependent of the package that you chose and if any additional edits were purchased.
For Weddings packages that amount of pictures that you'll receive will be included in the package
3. Are you AVAILABLE to travel?
Yes!! I am available to travel anywhere but a travel may be depending on the location, and the fee will vary depending on the distance.
4. ARE the DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?
No deposits are non refundable, they reserve availability for your session date and time. They may be transferable to a new date if rescheduled within the allowed window of time 48 hours before your appointment.
5. What is your rescheduling policy?
All reschedules must happen 72 hours in advance, Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeits the ability to reschedule under the same deposit and cancels you appointment.
6. What is your arrival and late policy?
Please arrive on time. A 10 minute grace period will be given but your appointment time will not be extended
A $15 late fee will apply for every 15 minutes late
After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled with no refund.
Booking end times will not be extended due to lateness!!

PAYMENT
1) A non-refundable deposit of $50-$100 depending on the session total is required to confirm your booking. Your session is not considered confirmed until this deposit has been received.
2) The deposit must be submitted immediately after booking the date. Failure to do so will result in your session not being confirmed and your time slot will not held.
3) The remaining balance is due on the day of the session and may be paid prior to or following the shoot unless we agree upon a different date. Edited photos will not be released until the balance has been paid in full.
RESCHEDULING
1) Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule, as long as the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time. Any reschedule request made after that window will require a $25 rescheduling fee.
2) Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session will require a $50 rescheduling fee.
3) Sessions cancelled due to adverse weather conditions will be rescheduled at no additional cost. All rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

TIMING & PUNCTUALITY

2) The scheduled session time begins/ends at the agreed-upon time regardless of client arrival.
3) Late arrivals do not result in an extension of session time. Setup and preparation are included within the booked session duration.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
1) Rafiqsvision reserves the right to use session images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless a written privacy agreement is arranged in advance.
2) Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of any additional guests or minors present during the session.
3) Additional edits are available for $10 each.
4) Locations outside the service area are subject to a travel fee.
